National Account Managers at Indeed are on the front lines of helping the top organizations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. You will advocate Job Search technology and Employment Branding tools to leading companies. You will also promote the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile. Your passion for Indeed will ultimately help more organizations connect with great people. This role will be a key member of a National Account Team focused on growing and expanding within one of Indeed’s top accounts at the ground level.
Responsibilities:
Expand footprint and usage of Indeed products at the field level while executing account strategy through a tight partnership with the Lead National Account Manager
Responsible for selling Indeed’s products or services, developing new opportunities, and expanding existing opportunities
Sell a broad suite of products that includes pay per click advertising as well as subscription and usage based payment models
Conduct face to face meetings including presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations over the phone
Identify and implement patterns and strategies for success across the parent company
Analyze and utilize data for in-depth evaluation of account to recognize revenue opportunities and drive sales
Network with key contacts outside your own area of expertise to become industry expert
Collaborate internally with dedicated account team and share partners
Who You Are
Requirements
3+ years of sales experience
Demonstrates success in building and growing new accounts and territories
Experience and demonstrated success working across decentralized, complex organizations
Experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations
Understands how to strategically and effectively navigate large, complex enterprise organizations
Experience in consultative and solution based selling
Recent, relevant experience at a high growth organization
Ability to autonomously work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities
Passion to educate and close deals quickly
Ability to travel up to 40% – 50% of the time, required to be located in the EST time zone
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
