Director of Finance
We have an immediate need for a passionate, hands-on finance professional to manage all financial aspects of our rapidly growing business. You will report to the CEO and partner with the executive management team to play a critical role in the company’s success. There is the potential for this position to grow into a CFO role.
The ideal candidate will be a team player of the highest integrity with 5-10 years of experience, CPA, MBA or Master’s degree, with experience in a software company. In addition to overseeing accounting and some back-office functions, the ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills and be savvy with leveraging digital systems to automate business functions where possible and improve business insights.
Invisalert Solutions is a well-financed healthcare technology company that develops patient monitoring and compliance systems. Key Responsibilities
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree.
· MBA or Master’s preferred.
· CPA
· Experience with GAAP rules and application.
· Experience in sel
· 5-10 years of experience in accounting.
· Supervisory experience with direct accounting reports.
· Expert Excel and analytical skills.
· Demonstrated experience with financial modeling.
· Experience with MS Office Products.
· Strong written and verbal communication.
· Experience with compliance and standardization of processes.
· Prepare financial statements that result in minimal audit adjustments.
· A willingness to roll-up sleeves and do what needs to get done regardless of the magnitude of the activity.
Reporting
· The Director of Finance will report to the Company’s CEO.
