At Runwise, we measure our success based upon customer satisfaction. As a Customer Onboarding Manager here, you will be the go-to specialist for setting up our new and existing customers to ensure we can help them achieve the success they are expecting with our product & service. You will work to reduce roadblocks, answer questions, and ensure seamless handoffs from the point of sale all the way through to installation where you will hand them off to their respective Customer Success Managers.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the customer experience from point of sale to installation.
Work with our sales team to ensure incentivized installations move swiftly through the rebate process.
Ensure all customer fees have been paid, prior to the scheduling of their installation
Support our customers through emails, phone calls, and any other preferred method of communication keeping them updated on progress towards their installation
Handle customer inquiries between sale and when they are introduced to their customer success manager
Keep all team members updated on job status
