Job Description:
The Leidos Innovation Center is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to join our team in San Diego, California! You will be the Program Finance Analyst on a program portfolio under the operation.
Primary Responsibilities
Participate in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of the programs.
Responsibilities include significant interface with the Program Managers, Contracts, FP&A, and other Support organizations.
Implements financial policies and procedures in support of the program.
Work with team in all aspects of program structure/deliverables.
Establishes and maintains cost/schedule baselines, develops WBS and related dictionaries, budgets, and has a complete understanding of related financial policies.
Provides data and reporting formats for all types and levels of program financial reviews.
Prepares written and verbal reports to management regarding cost schedule variances.
Basic Qualifications
BA degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts.
Has the ability to complete difficult and complex assignments within the programs supporting.
Analytical, communication and presentations skills needed as well as being able to operate independently.
Preferred Qualifications
General knowledge of Leidos financial systems and applications, such as: Hyperion, OBI, Cognos, Fusion, Cobra, LPAS, and Cost Point.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, such as: Project, Excel, and Word.

Pay Range:Pay Range $57,850.00 – $89,000.00 – $120,150.00
