About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for Manager, Marketing Programs to join our Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing, maintaining and executing marketing strategies to help us grow our retail business at Moores. This includes designing brand and promotional marketing programs and managing the schedule, scope and budget for all corresponding deliverables and ensuring they are on brand, on budget, on time and meet the business objectives defined in the marketing plan. The successful candidate will work closely with cross functional partners across merchandising, stores and within the marketing team to align the program details and ensure well-coordinated execution. This role will help to monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities to identify ongoing opportunities. They will help work with internal and external partners to stay aware of changes in the business environment and any changes to future business requirements to best service the objectives of the brand and our customers.
