Amaryllis is seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as our Carpentry Manager.
Job/Expectations
The primary job of the Carpentry Manager is to oversee the construction of builds and props in a wide range of materials, including, but not limited to: wood, plexiglass, and metal. The Carpentry Manager is to help ensure the stability and structural integrity in all of the builds that come out of the Carpentry Department. S/he also performs the more complex rough and finish carpentry work. The Carpentry Manager is responsible for managing all in house carpenters and other assigned staff. Lead responsibilities include guidance and instruction on carpentry techniques, methods, and procedures for accomplishing assigned tasks and solving problems.
