The Director of Client Services for CFP will work directly with the partners and portfolio managers of the firm and will be generally responsible for interfacing with clients, third parties and CFP personnel on all aspects of CFP’s business.

The Roles and Responsibilities of CFP’s Director of Client Services include:
1. Assist in analysis of prospective client’s portfolio(s)
2. Prepare meeting books for clients/prospects
3. In charge of account transfer process, including tracking through to the custodian
4. Assist in completing new account opening/transfer documents
5. Provide ongoing assistance to partners and portfolio managers with all aspects of client relationships. Field client inquiries and coordinate response from team
6. Assist clients with outgoing/incoming cash transfers/checks
7. Other duties and responsibilities as necessary or appropriate
