Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Accomplished ability to lead by example and achieve results
Proven track record of leading teams, building team culture, and developing talent
Expert knowledge in auto dealership operations
Strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify and prioritize workflow based on business needs and company objectives
Ability to review and interpret dealership financial statements (Bank statements, Balance Sheet, and P&L).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally with entry level employees and top-level executives.
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to lead, persuade, and influence
Advanced organization, prioritization, and time management skills
Knowledge of state and federal collection laws.
Education and Experience:
BA/BS degree in related field and 7 years of related experience with at least 1 year in a management or lead role; or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
3+ years in finance or automotive industry experience required
Previous collection experience required and experience collecting large commercial debt preferred.
Proven track record of building and leading high performing teams that consistently meet or exceed department and business goals in a face-paced organization
Proven track record of top-level performance
Ability to travel as needed
