The Financial Planning & Analysis Lead – Human Resources (FP&A Lead – HR) will be an active partner in the development of function strategy, set clear financially focused targets for the function and ensure effective deployment of investments. In this role, you will be a critical business partner for the Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Leadership Team, provide necessary financial rigor and analytics, and will be accountable for the achievement of financials results and creation of value for the organization. Key Accountabilities
Lead, coordinate and link all planning and forecasting processes for a complex function and understand key drivers of results and related sensitivities.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve planning processes with technology and incorporate feedback to refine processes and leadership materials to enhance the FP&A capability.
Establish performance metrics to drive strategy execution.
Employ advanced modeling skills that bring new perspectives to the business.
Deliver clear presentations including defending positions on controversial topics, and adapt style to continuously seek win-win solutions.
Demonstrate an application of broad/diverse function knowledge with understanding of how all areas come together and operate across Cargill.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Demonstrates high degree of curiosity; investing time and energy into learning and seeks different points of view and internal and external perspectives
Experience designing, developing, and implementing value-added businesses analytics
Confirmed ability to develop long-term strategic plans Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA
Proficient with spreadsheet presentation and visualization tools
Experience communicating with senior level leaders
