Work Schedule: Full Time Days
Responsibilities:
Lead both qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate business insights and recommendations for leadership teams
Generate data insights from multiple large datasets in support of strategic planning initiatives
Gather and refine large, complex datasets and data sources to enable accurate and robust analysis concerning short- and long-term strategic decision-making.
Develop project scope and approach, ensures project deliverables are on time and facilitates working sessions when needed.
Serve in an advisory capacity to support decision-making around strategic initiatives and presents analysis and recommendations to regional and system leadership.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action
Design and build data dashboard/visualizations as a means to support leadership conversations and decisions
Collaborate with team members from strategy, finance, and other program teams to identify data driven opportunities to add value to new and existing projects
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; Tableau or Power BI experience a plus
Experience in healthcare data analysis in a consulting environment a plus but not required
Ability to take ownership of and drive forward projects independently
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Minimum Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
The pay range for this position is: $36.19 – $54.28 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.
An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
