* *General bookkeeping*
* *Maintain General Ledger*
* *Reconciliation of Bank Accounts and Credit Cards*
* *Categorize all transactions*
* *Generate and review Monthly & Annual Reports*
* *Financial Statements*
* *Profit & Loss*
* *Balance Sheet*
* *Cash Flow*
* *Revenue and Expenses*
* *Sales reports from different softwares (shopify, square, etc)*
* *Sales Tax preparation (Calculate and submit monthly Sales Tax)*
* *Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices*
* *Assist CPA with end of year financials*
* *Accounts Payable*
* *Timely and proper payment of Office bills*
* *Resolve any issue arising out from charges, payments and/or credits to office bills.*
* *Filing of all office bills*
* *Entry of expense invoices into accounting and billing software*
* *Accounts Receivable*
* *Analysis of payments to client accounts and resolution of all discrepancies*
* *Follow up with clients regarding aged receivables.*
* *Monthly reports of Aged receivables *
* *List of accounts for Collection *
* *Payroll*
* *Enter Bi-Weekly Payroll figures into General Ledger*
* *Review Payroll Tax Payments, Filing Quarterly payroll , 941 & RT-6*
* *Review annual forms W-2, 1099*
* *Additional responsibilities: *
* *Assist with HR responsibilities*
* *Organize and maintain certain internal files and databases*
* *Backup other team members as needed*
* *Assist with special projects upon request*

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
