What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Build relationships with Copy Centers and Internal Change Healthcare Teams to maximize charts received and reduce turn around time on payments.
Create reports as necessary to support success in 98% accuracy for payment posting.
Manage Process Flows and turn around times for invoice payments for both Copy Centers and Providers.
Manage invoicing research and payments; Reconcile invoice billing to process payments in a timely manner and provide first level of approval of payments.
Enhance current workflows and processes by participating with leadership and IT to identify ways to achieve production expectations and higher quality results.
Supervise and drive continuous improvement and improve training so team can be more efficient, productive, and achieve higher production and quality results.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
1 year of experience supervising a team.
Associates Degree
Long periods of sitting working at a computer
Oracle experience
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Work closely with Management, Staff, Client Success, Billing, Accounts Payable, to determine most effective ways to solve problems. Invoicing Supervisor will work multiple projects at a time with tight deadlines.
Trouble shooting issues that might cause reduction in charts retrieved for any client.
Other duties as assigned
Must be detailed Oriented
Must be proficient with Excel and other computer applications.
