Develop and lead Financial operations for Organization: Determine and direct the implementation of financial processes and procedures for accurate recording and reporting of data. Assess computer system requirements for the Finance division and provides direction on enhancements to existing systems or implementation of new systems

Oversee and provide Financial support to mitigate risk: Direct the preparation of the Company’s annual budget; monitor and take corrective action as required. Establish and monitor guidelines, standards and systems for use by Finance department and others within HairClub to ensure compliance

Manage employee lifecycle of the Finance department : Manage the staff of the Finance department including but not limited to, interviewing and hiring candidates, conducting quarterly and annual performance reviews, recommending and approving promotions, employee terminations, as required, approving salary levels and preparing salary review letters, and motivating employees and recommending professional development.

Manage Finance department, relations, and oversee delivery of Finance services: Analyze financial statements and various reports prepared by finance department and prepares management reports. Review reports, including but not limited to, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for the Company, year-end audited financial statements and other financial statements. Respond to inquiries for financial information; prepares or reviews reports and presents information as required
