Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Marketing Specialist will have responsibilities that include:
· Directly managing and overseeing Company social media accounts, including creating and posting content, responding to comments, and tracking metrics and trends
· Researching PR opportunities and develop a content calendar
· Managing email campaign execution, including tracking and reporting on metrics
· Managing website updates
· Assisting with presentations and collateral development
· Assisting in execution of events
· Assisting with recruitment marketing
· Marketing and Business Development projects
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements include:
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
· Two years’ experience in a corporate marketing/social media role preferred
· Experience with corporate social media execution, including creating content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn using Canva or other content creation tools
· Experience using CRM for email marketing, with Active Campaign experience preferred
· Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and teamwork skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
· Strong organizational and project management skills; detail-oriented and deadline-driven
· Proficient with business applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, and Word). WordPress a plus
This full-time role is currently work-from-home with some in-office activities required. Candidates must be within a reasonable driving distance of our Brunswick SaviLinx facility, have high-speed wired internet (broadband or similar), and be able to work Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
