Job purpose
A Store Manager is accountable for the operations of Always Money ensuring maximum profitability through making effective loans, expense control, human resource management and managing operating costs and bad debt. Compensation is based on skill set, experience and education.

Duties and responsibilities:
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging each customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service.
Manage Always Money in a manner that will ensure maximum profitability and success.
Aggressively find a way to create new loans while maintaining proper underwriting standards.
Understand customer needs and ability to pay back loans.
Analyze and measure business trends – develop and implement plans to maximize loans and meet or exceed goals and objectives.
Have a local store marketing program in place to supplement corporate marketing agendas.
Control bad debt through 100% execution of Positive Collection Practices.
Manage the repossession of past due title vehicles and dispose of such as required, in a profitable manner.
Ensure compliance on all policies and procedures through regular store management, staff meetings and store walk-through.
Train and develop store staff on all aspects of the business.
Maintain an environment free of harassment and any other inappropriate behavior.
Accurately complete applications to include calculation of income and ability to repay and updating of confidential customer information without error.
Guard all customer confidential information against errors, miscalculations and incorrect dissemination of their data.
Travel to nearby stores in the District as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Solid organizational skills
Computer literacy
Previous management/supervisory experience required
P & L knowledge preferred
2 to 5 years of solid relevant work history, financial services a plus
Must have a valid Driver’s License
6 Months of collections experience
Must be 21 years of age or older
