Yusen Terminals LLC (“YTI”, based in Terminal Island (Los Angeles), CA, is a joint venture by NYK Line and Macquarie Infrastructure Partners III, with headquarters’ office in Tokyo, Japan and Sydney, Australia, respectively.
YTI operates a state-of-the-art marine container terminal in the Port of Los Angeles. YTI was established in 1991 at the Port’s Berths 212-218. The services we provide are stevedoring and terminal operations for The THEA Alliance (ONE, HMM, Hapag-Lloyd and Yang Ming) as well as slot chartering from Evergreen, CMA-CGM, APL, COSCO and OOCL. As a full-service marine terminal, YTI provides modern technology, equipment, on-dock rail, storage facilities and Alternative Maritime Power (AMP®). YTI’s highly experienced management team are dedicated to efficient cargo handling with a focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction. We currently operate eleven, Post Panamax Gantry cranes including six, state-of-the-art Super Post Panamax Gantry cranes. We are currently seeking a General Manager, Finance and Accounting to lead our Nashville team reporting to the Chief Financial Officer based in Los Angeles. Responsibilities include hiring, training, developing, evaluating performance of direct reports as well as setting clear expectations regarding achievement and tracking of goals, metrics and KPIs. The position will oversee the General Accounting and Financial Reporting functions and the financial services area including Working Capital Management (covering A/R, A/P, and Inventory) and Payroll as well as Audit and Tax related matters. The position will have direct management responsibility of the following: Accounting Manager, Billing & AR Manager, Accounts Payable Supervisor, (2) Payroll Specialists, Financial & Systems Analyst, and indirectly manages (7) indirect reports.
