The Syndicated Finance (SFG) team is housed in the Commercial Middle Market and is responsible for working on complex financial situations involving syndicated and leveraged transactions for middle market clients. The SFG team works with clients to provide insights into debt capital markets for corporate capital requirements, including working capital, capital projects, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. As the leading corporate debt house, JPMorgan holds commanding leadership positions in these product specialties. Transactions involve significant interaction with bankers, underwriters, and client executive management.
SFG Analysts/Associates are expected to perform as a fully contributing member of the Syndicated Finance Group and will be exposed to a variety of industries and businesses. SFG analysts/associates provide relationship and analytical support to SFG originators in the origination, structuring, pricing, negotiation, and distribution of debt financings.
