The Director of Finance serves as the leader accountable for the execution of accounting, finance, and purchasing functions for a growing Federally Qualified Health Center. Designs, monitors, and provides leadership over financial and operational controls throughout the organization to ensure financial benchmarks are achieved in accordance with organizations long-range goals. This position involves significant coordination with all departments at NOAH. Integrates financial planning with the long-term strategic planning.
Provides leadership and guidance in facilitating the complete external audit process. Responsible for ongoing and timely monitoring of debt management, including debt covenants and quarterly financial reporting.
Responsible for the overall vision and strategy development and execution for the Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Purchasing team. Leads and provides strategic direction to develop highly collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee the staff and ensure adequate staffing levels, inclusive of hiring/onboarding, evaluating, managing performance, coaching, and developing employees ensuring employee productivity, quality of work, and alignment of goals with our mission, vision, and values.
Directs the preparation of all financial statements, tax returns, and other government agency reports.
Leading and coordinating the overall day-to-day budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and grant reporting activities of the organization to support the needs of the organization. This role will also be responsible for overseeing all of the financial planning and analysis activities of the organization.
