· Provide excellent customer service while selling financing, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers.
· Work closely with lenders and maintain strong values while securing loan approvals.
· Accurately complete and submit all finance paperwork in a timely fashion while utilizing the checklists.
· Maintain and exceed monthly forecast income, penetration levels and CSI scores.
· Establish and maintain an exceptional working relationship with finance sources and vendors.
· Assist in leading the winning Reed Team by demonstrating our Purpose, Mission and Values with all Customers and Team Members.
