The Manager, Finance Analytics owns the Enterprise Dashboard architecture, enhancements, and maintenance, including driving company-wide adoption and training. In addition, his / her team serves as the analytics center of excellence for FP&A and drives critical analyses for the Sales Analytics team.
This role has been segmented as “Blended” meaning there is a combination of onsite and virtual work.
Responsibilities:
Own the Enterprise Dashboard architecture, coordinating any updates with business partners, I&A and IT, and ongoing maintenance
Partner with Program Office leads to determine metrics tracked and set variance guardrails
Continually assess relevance and alignment of Program Office company dashboard key performance indicators (KPIs) with success measures used by Field and Functions
Develop requirements, review user stories, evaluate IT development progress, manage User Acceptance Testing, and train end users on dashboard
Serve as FP&A analytics center of excellence with the Sr. Analyst, Finance Analytics by partnering with functional finance teams to develop analytical tools and solutions, regularly training the broader team, and conducting root cause analyses where advanced analytics are required (e.g. large datasets)
Drive analytics for critical initiatives prioritized by the Sales Analytics team, including commercial forecasting and root cause analysis
Synthesize analyses, develop clear and concise communications and presentations to stakeholders for Commercial offsites and other executive meetings as necessary

Qualifications:
Education/Training:
Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, finance, operations, supply chain management, engineering, or related quantitative field
Related Experience/Requirements:
5+ years in advanced analytics, business analytics, financial analysis or equivalent experience and experience working with large datasets and transactional data
Experience with cloud-based data environments, visualization software and querying applications (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL)
Advanced skills with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with programming languages and modeling platforms (e.g., Python, R, Alteryx)
Exceptional communication skills and experience in working with Senior Leadership
Understanding of and exposure to Agile principles, preferred
