Regional Manager is a very important position of what so called an “Ambassador of the Company”,
who supports the work structure of an organization in the industry, dedicated to support our clients
and serves as a link between customers and providers, as well as an intermediary in negotiations with
investors, applicants and others parties, providing a high standard customers service quality.
We expect our Regional Manager to implement new strategies for business scaling, pursuing the interests
of our company in everything related to it and also to find assistance from our team of professionals
on each and every step of the way.

Your responsibilities:
Daily negotiations with employees, clients and investors of companies by phone, via text message and by mail
Receiving and processing correspondence
Control cash flow of the company, allocated for the development of its presence in the state
Control of bank account and negotiations with banks
Analysis of data by state and maintenance of databases in Excel
Fulfillment of other special assignments in the state
Cost control and overspending, preparing company expense report
The initiative to improve the company’s activities is welcomed
Standardization of processes and documentation
Building strong, long-term relationships with all parties by identifying their goals and needs.
Our requirements:
Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
Willingness and ability to adjust with uncertainty when there are no well-established systems and ready made
strategies – this is what you will build in process!
Strong, analytical mindset.
Adapting to a rapidly changing environment and the ability to think on the go.
Attention to detail – perfectionism.
Passion for the real estate business.
Managerial experience is preferred but not required.
