Toro Distribution Center in Plymouth, WI is curerntly seeking a Distribution expert to lead Order Processing within the site
The Order Processing Supervisor in our Global Distribution Warehouse:
Oversees the orders from all channels to ensure accurate fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities include supervising associates, coordinating logistical processes, and preparing relevant documentation.
Guided and supportd team members, highly efficient in autonomously prioritizing daily tasks, and has strong communication and leadership skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Organize and direct workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Hires and trains new staff
Order fulfillment and control
Provides guidance to other team members on matters of process, procedure, and organizational compliance
Coordinate orders and shipments of goods with the Operations Manager
Oversee preparation of manifests for shipping of domestic and international orders accounting for compliance, documentation and forwarding
Provides accurate order status in the form of order updates
Skills and Qualifications
Customer service skills
Experience in the full Microsoft Suite applications and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with SAP platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Organization, efficiency, and attention to detail a must
Drive, flexibility, and multi-tasking capability with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
Experience managing remotely
Communication Proficiency
Strong decision-making skills
Experience with batch orders
Must be a fast learner and quick to pick up on new processes
Three years’ experience in supervisory/management role, preferably in order processing or customer service
High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
