Job Description
CVS Health, a Fortune 4 company, is seeking a Finance Manager to join our dynamic Asset Analytics & Insights team. This role you will be responsible for accurate and timely budgeting and forecasting and for providing budget and forecast visibility within the department. You will be responsible for creating shrink budget and forecast packages and for giving context to shrink results on an ongoing basis. Other responsibilities for the Finance Manager role include but are not limited to:
- Creating measures to ensure accuracy in the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Developing a deep understanding of accounting underpinnings of shrink
- Ensuring budgeting and forecasting processes are well documented with detailed procedures
- Expense and Capital budgeting and forecasting
- Supporting ad hoc projects
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Ability to partner well across large enterprises
- Ability to effectively communicate – oral and written, across many levels of the organization including senior management
- Strong PC skills, including extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects.
Candidate may be asked to go into the office 1 to 2 times monthly in location near Cumberland, RI.
The position is open to being fully remote.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years budgeting and forecasting experience

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- SQL and Tableau experience preferred
- Retail Industry experience a plus
Education
Bachelor’s Degree, with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required. Equivalent years of related professional work experience in combination with education may be considered in lieu of a 4 year degree.
