CONTRACT MANAGER
The Contract Manager is responsible for implementing and administering contract practices for products and/or services. This includes performance to contract requirements, including deliverables for projects, drawings, and collections of both AZZ, and Customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full contract life cycle, from development to contract execution.
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize standard and non-standard contracts, amendments, and renewals.
Respond to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
Track performance of key contract deliverables, including customer notifications per contract process on delays of significant changes.
Provide for timely cash collection, minimizing any exposure to Liquidated Damages or Performance Penalties if included in the contract..
Track contract margins-Identify areas of scope creep to ensure proper documentation and adherence to change order requirements when applicable.
Maintain contract templates.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree required and minimum 5 years of experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), preferred
