Business Systems and Process Design Specialist!
Salary Range: $90,000.00- $100,000.00 plus a yearly incentive bonus

A role you will love
As our Business Systems and Process Design Specialist, you will be focused providing business-side technical leadership and support for the Commercial Mortgage Asset Services (CMAS) team. A successful candidate will be able to understand the challenges and opportunities facing the business and deliver solutions either as a developer of business owned tools or as a liaison to other business-side developer groups and/or our Technology team. This is an exciting position for people that enjoy problem solving and making a significant impact.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with CMAS managers and analysts to identify opportunities and threats that can be addressed with technical solutions
Developing a vision and plan for how to improve the team’s usage of technology over the long run
Prioritizing initiatives and determining the best path forward to deliver results
Partnering with the Technology group and other technical business groups to develop and implement solutions
Leading projects and acting as a liaison between CMAS and Technology
Supporting ad-hoc requests to extract data from our systems and organize it for management to analyze
Helping the business digest changes in the markets and adapting our processes/systems/tools to limit disruptions and take advantage of opportunities
Fostering a collaborative, positive team environment

Other key skills required for the role include:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, account management, programming or other relevant fields
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
Aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Suite Excel and/or Access
Well organized, with the ability to handle and accomplish multiple tasks effectively
Ability to thrive while working independently and within a team environment
