To support the needs of our community, Modern Pest is currently seeking a Vice President of Finance to join our team based out of our Executive Office, located in Brunswick, ME. This is an on-site role and does require a physical presence in our Executive Office.
The VP of Finance will operate as the financial leader of the company. As a key member of the executive management team, this individual will directly report to the President, working as a partner in business strategy development and overall management of the company. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company, including direct responsibility for accounting, tax, treasury, audit, forecasting, strategic planning, legal, mergers and acquisitions, and institutional financing. The VP of Finance will focus on profitability, organic growth, and acquisition due diligence and integration. In addition to serving as the leader for the Modern Pest Finance Team, this position will also have reporting responsibilities to the VP of Finance for Anticimex North America, our parent company.
