KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in the following areas: talent development, talent performance, workforce design / architecture, workforce analytics
Manage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service including: stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, project / financial management
Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal / external tools and resources, and training for workforce transformation efforts
Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including: articles, whitepapers, methodology guides
Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses / client outreach
Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of experience related to: Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; preferred two years of experience in advisory services within a consulting firm
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, MBA or related field preferred
Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in human capital space
Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project / team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, leading conversations and creating stakeholder engagement with clients / colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
Experience mentoring or managing employees including annual goal setting, performance reviews, and discussion career development opportunities
Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. Citizenship
