A growing, experienced financial planning team, Wilson Wealth Planning (an affiliate of Integrated Partners) is seeking a practice manager to run several aspects of the practice. This position encompasses a wide variety of responsibilities making it an integral part of the success of the practice. Experience in the financial industry is desired, but not required.
The Practice Manager supports and manages all aspects of the Financial Advisor’s practice, including client services, business administration, operations, compliance, and marketing. The Practice Manager supports the client experience through direct client interaction and “behind the scenes” coordination.
Candidates must:

· Be comfortable with learning new technology to implement with and guide clients
· Be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction as to duration
· Pass any applicable pre-employment tests
Examples of Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and refine processes and procedures to improve our practice efficiency
· Prepare for client meetings on a weekly basis
· Financial planning data entry to help build preliminary plans
· Manage new business and prospective client workflow
· Resolve client issues properly and in a timely fashion
· Complete projects as they are assigned
· Comply with company policies and oversee compliance process of RIA (Integrated)
· Interact with clients in a courteous and respectful manner to create a consistent, predictable, positive client experience
Education & Skill Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study
· Willingness to obtain securities licenses and/or interest in becoming a CFP candidate
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, eMoney software and Red Tail CRM preferred
Compensation is determined by a candidate’s level of experience and industry knowledge.
