Job Summary
The Accounting Manager will be a trusted partner to the Director of Finance, and other members of the Trilogy Finance team
This role will be responsible for the execution and analysis of Trilogy’s finance activities, including the financial planning and analysis, accounting, forecasting, budgeting, tax, treasury, lending, and internal audit functions
The right candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive, and able to build constructive and positive relationships across the organization
The Accounting Manager will be a valued member of the finance team who will work with the Director of Finance to execute and manage key accounting functions within the business
The Accounting Manager will be tasked with executing the financial management strategy needed to support and accelerate the Company’s short and long-term goals, and over time will help to build a best-in-class financial reporting and accounting function
The Accounting Manager will be expected to provide business and operational analyses, accounting execution, and help the Director of Finance with outlining key insights relevant to the senior management team
Key responsibilities include executing month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes of financial statements & G / L analyses, conduct financial analyses to identify trends and variances in the financials, ensure compliance with government reporting, tax filings, and regulatory standards, and complete ad hoc reporting and analysis for the Director of Finance and / or other members of the leadership team

Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, shareholder reports, tax returns, and manage accounting and financial consolidation activities
Coordinate training programs for new staff and identify training needs for current staff
