This individual will oversee a team of accountants and assist with everyday functions within their expertise The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting

Hours : Monday through Friday : AM – : PM Hybrid and schedule change available upon completion of introduction period

Role and Responsibilities :

• Supervise several co-owners
• Perform monthly reviews of assigned portfolio
• Prepare budgets and year end workpapers
• Communicate with internal team and property owners / clients
• Assist with tax filing and financial statement preparation
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Proven ability to manage people
• Understanding of business machine operations (Microsoft suite)
• Experience with Yardi and / or affordable housing is a plus!
• Ability to meet deadlines which may include working additional hours during certain times of the year
• Analytical skills necessary to manage tasks and interpret data
• Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with co-owners and outside individuals
